Before Xmas you could use your Microsoft login to sign into Java Minecraft and it automatically recognized if you had an active GamePass subscription. But for the past few days something broke in their back end for a bunch of people and it only gives the option for the demo.

I’ve tried everything on that help page, all the various suggestions on your bug tracker re:gamepass, and talked to people on your support discord. Nothing works. This does not seem to be the issue from the beginning of Nov but a new issue. I’ve also opened a support ticket.

I tried to submit a new bug report (despite the fact that ever gamepass issue gets closed and aggregated to the original roll out issues in Nov) but even your bug tracker is bugged and won’t let me create an account. Says I need to contact my “Jira administrator”.

Yeah. I did that three days ago and I got an auto response with the same link you posted earlier. Do you want me to create another support ticket via zendesk?
