@MojangSupport Hi, i share a gamepass account with a friend (i have it as 2nd account) and i could enter to the game with my account, but a few days ago it didn't work anymore, there is a way to play with my account like i did before?

It seems that you're logged in to the launcher and the Microsoft Store with different accounts. Please check the error message at the bottom of your launcher, and you should see a link to review your accounts. ^NS

I know that, but i could play with that "error" before, it was always showing the microsoft store account message, but i was able to play without problems with the same account that you can see on the screenshot

I would first recommend trying to sign into a different Microsoft account just to be thorough. If you've already tried this and are still seeing the demo mode, please contact us at msft.it/6018Zdups so we can look into this. ^NS
