Hi @MojangSupport. I've been chit-chatting with some Kris. P Bacon from support whose help's been ineffective. Minecraft doesn't appear as owned by my account after the migration to a Microsoft account. I used to log in with my Gmail address, but now I can't. I need help.

I already did log in with my Microsoft account. The problem is that the game does not appear as owned by my account, which makes no sense. I need help from an actual human being with this, not some person sending messages that appear to be written by a bot :/ ...

Now I can't even log in with my hotmail account to check if Minecraft appears as an owned product again. I wanted to play 1.18 and noticed that MC was no longer owned by my account 4 days ago, and it's making me really anxious and bad. PLEASE help me @MojangSupport.

My Gmail address owns Minecraft. You should have that registered in some sort of database on your end. I can prove my identity by sending an email from it or responding to emails sent there. That same address is what I used before the migration in order to play Minecraft (1/2)

Hello? @MojangSupport, I really need help. Kris P. Bacon sent me to Microsoft support where I was attended by some woman called "Lily B.", she was supposed to send me to a specialist, but simply closed the ticket and sent me to a specialist, whose link seems non-valid.

Really, I just need to know which Hotmail account is tied to my Mojang account which uses a Gmail address. Alternatively, I just need to be able to log in using my Mojang account just like I used to, @MojangSupport.
