@MojangSupport Hi, I hope you can help. My son has just moved from an Xbox One S to an Xbox Series X and the Series X isn't syncing his worlds or character data. It shows his created worlds but they are greyed out and the characters keep saying 'Failed to load'. #stressedoutson
