@MojangSupport i got a minecraft dungeons pc gift card for christmas so i could play with my little brother, it says its not playable on this device even though it specifically said it supports windows 7, which is what im using. any ideas?

i redeemed the code on the xbox site that amazon linked to me, yet on minecraftdungeons.net it says i dont have it when i open profile
