@MojangSupport after migration to Microsoft account, I no longer can log into Minecraft Java Edition. How can I regain access to my game?

That I did, and Microsoft login succeeds. Game itself says that there was problem with login.

There is also open JIRA issue about using restricted child account for quite long time. Seems that merging with microsoft has made accessing the product almost impossible and support non-existing.
