@MojangSupport i just purchased minecraft for my kid.... who has his own PC but for some reason, after completing the payment through Ideal i get no code for the game and im asked to set my profile name etc. it appears the payment is now linked to my own microsoft account.

and he has his own account for microsoft, how do i transfer the game? I never wanted the game on my own account! This was just purchased 10 minutes ago.

after i filled out the fields in the form i hit submit and nothing happens appart from the different articles with suggestions just above 'submit' ive tried different categories, the submit button simply doesnt function for me
