I can't find my transaction ID therefore unable to email to you guys, and I also can't change my email because I can't log in. I don't understand why I can't log in even though I use the same email and password all the time.

You can still contact our Support if you don't have your Transaction ID, just mention it in the contact form and provide us with as much info about your account as you can recall. ^FF
