@MojangSupport Your password reset system is so flawed that your twitter replies are full of bots trying to phish accounts because they know people have no choice but to come here when theyve lost an access to an account they paid for. Just send out automated password resetemails

I've already filled one of those in. They take weeks. All I need is the reset email. My email is verified, there are no spelling mistakes, my junk folder is empty, I have no filters or blocked addresses. There is no reason this email should be held up and yet here I am

Is this acceptible? Your replies are full of phishing bots taking advantage of your insanely slow system. Considering the main demographic of your game are kids, how many will lose an account to this? Or is that the goal? Wait it out and hope we all give up and buy new accounts?
