@MojangSupport Hello, my friends realm got disabled or removed some how when he updated to the new launcher, is there anyway to get it back? or is it gone forever. We checked the Minecraft.net website and its gone from the Realms Page and Billing info.

First, please have your friend double check that they're logged in with the same account that purchased the Realm. If you can confirm it's the same account, then go ahead and contact us at msft.it/6013ZngnR and our Realms team will look into that for you. ^NS
