Hello @MojangSupport, I notice that I can't play Minecraft on my Xbox App or Microsoft Store with the Xbox Game Pass. I share the gamepass with a member of my family, and everything was working great! And then now the launcher only say : Play the Demo, and not start...

This usually means you're logged in with the wrong account. Please try logging out and logging back in with a different Microsoft/Xbox account. ^NS

I've tried to switch on a different account, but the issue is still here, and only Minecraft don't work, I've tried to play a another game, and it work correctly :/ and I've also tried to play on the launcher directly without using the app, but still don't work.

Try to re-install the game then its working again
