@MojangSupport 2/2 information and make another ticket. I was able to find more information that he asked me about my account, but I think that having sent several tickets I cannot create more because it closes automatically, is there any way to send the new information?

Please reply directly to the email in order to continue correspondence with Support. If that ticket closes before you're able to reply, then you can create a new ticket at that point. ^NS
