Is there an actual estimate on the time? How many days behind is support right now? A friend of mine has been waiting about 2 or 3 days without a response. He wouldn't even need to contact support if resetting the security questions on legacy accounts wasn't completely broken.

We are currently experiencing higher than normal volume due to the holiday season resulting in slightly longer wait times. We aren't able to provide a specific time estimate, but we're working hard to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. ^NS
