@MojangSupport I have multiple Minecraft accounts. Trying to migrate to Microsoft accounts and it is asking me to input phone number for security. But won't accept anymore because number has been used too many times. How to resolve?

I am creating a new microsoft account for each mojang account. However, now it is asking for a backup phone number each time I create an account. But after using my phone number a few times it won't let me use the same phone number anymore.
