@MojangSupport I just purchased a prepaid java edition Minecraft realms card and I attempted three times the code and it says either the code was invalid or the code was already used what can I do? please reply soon.

Well I gave them my receipt and my realm info and Minecraft tag but no response. Why is it taking so long? I want to be able to play with friends.

Hi @MojangSupport I know we all just came from the holidays but I bought realms to play with it when I got and no one has responded to me after I gave the GameStop receipt and Minecraft game user name. Can you send someone to look at my email and help me out.
