@MojangSupport i have a very old minecraft account from 2013. the email associated with my account was disabled years ago and unfortunately my transaction ID email was also on said account. i have sent support tickets to change the email but nothing has been done. help :(

I have submitted two tickets yesterday but got 0 confirmation email back. I am unsure of where to access my ticket number :')

That's definitely strange. First, please try checking your junk/spam folder. Also, make sure your email is not blocking or filtering emails from noreply@mojang.com. ^NS

Unfortunately I have hunted through the email I attached to my ticket and have seen nothing. Should I submit a new one?

Go ahead and submit a new one--make sure it's through msft.it/6015ZrWmL, as that's the most updated page. It may be worth trying from a different browser as well! ^NS

When it offers this question, should I put the current email I have access too or the email associated with my Mojang account? It says "Please use the email address associated" but said email is now fully disabled.

Make sure the "Your Email Address" field has your current address. You can enter your old address in the "Java Account Email" field. ^NS
