@MojangSupport I migrated my Mojang account over to a Microsoft account, but now my Microsoft account says I don’t own the Java edition of the game. I just paid for a 3 month realm too :/ Can I have some help?

I have, but I’m still having issues! I am able to login with my Microsoft account, but it seems during migration my Java account was lost :( Is there anyways I can get some help so I can enjoy my account and my realm?

I already have! I had a very nice conversation with Theoleth; they were very nice. I just have not heard back from them in a couple of weeks, and I’m concerned because my realms subscription is time sensitive :(

Thanks for replying. I’ll be patient; I’m sure there are others in a similar, awkward position as me. If this process takes more than 2 weeks and I still do not have my account, will I be able to request a refund on my realm?
