Just going to put this out to the wider Net to see if maybe someone has a solution. I keep getting "Something went wrong in the login process" whenever I use the new #Minecraft launcher, and it's happened ever since they brought it out. I still have to use the old launcher.

@MojangSupport has been zero help, and they even got my name wrong when trying to answer my tickets.

Having used ZenDesk when I worked for Rockstar, I have a sneaking suspicion that my ZD account got merged with someone else's at some point. Possibly the Russian hacker that got into my account years ago.
