@MojangSupport Yo Mojang support, I am waiting now 5 days on migrating and I got a few more issues I need to discuss. I already tried mail and support on your site which havent helped me and mail seemed a bit fishy.

Well thats part of the problem
After handing in a ticket, I never got a ticket number sent to me via the email I put in
But I got confirmation from "directly . com" that a "gamer" answered and also have some supposed support member wanting to know my security question answers

I sent in my first ticket like 3 days ago, accepted the answer and waited. In the meantime I was contacted by "Ragnar the Adventurer" who asked me for sec question answers for verification
Then i put up a new ticket and am waiting for supposed "correspondent"

Thanks for that update! So in this case, just let the specialist know of directly you would like to be escalated up to a support specialist and they'll look into assisting you from there. ^TK
