@MojangSupport I need help, i dont know whats going on, but the minecraft launcher says I don't own any version of minecraft, even though I own both java and windows 10. I already reinstalled the launcher and turned off firewall, still doesn't work.

I checked the page, but sadly none of the provided solutions helped. The launcher just failed to work. I decided to download the windows 7/8 launcher, and that one seems to be working fine. But I still haven't managed to solve the problem with the windows 10/11 launcher.
