Hi, I’ve made a couple of tickets on your site and received no help and no answer!? I bought Minecraft in 2014 and I should be entitled to the Windows 10 version. But for some reason I can’t download it and it’s disappeared from my ms account!?

If I had known that I would have so much problems with Microsoft I wouldn’t have migrated my account!???
