@MojangSupport Hi, I'd like some help with migrating my account to microsoft it always shows me ''ohh some thing went wrong'' and i have Minecarft Java Edion on Mojang Account and Minecraft Dungeons on Microsoft Account. If you help me then I'll be happy.

Just to support this query, I had an email this morning saying it had been fixed. The issue still persists. Can this please be looked into asap?

Hi, everythink is going well, until i saw that i need a ''Transaction ID'' which i accidentally deleted when i was cleaning my email folder. Is it very needed?

If you don't have your Transaction ID anymore, please make sure to include as much info as possible regarding your account when filling out the contact form, so that our Support Team can best assist you. ^FF
