@MojangSupport Hey, I cannot connect to my friends world who is on Xbox One, I’m on a PS5, our other friend on PC is able to join the world, any idea?

As a first step, please double check that you're logged in with your Microsoft account. If you're not already friends in the system, you can add your friend by going to Play > Friends > Add Friend and searching for their gamertag. Let us know if you've tried these steps! ^NS
