what about the fact that even when logging through official channels no one bothers responding. people pay money and buy things from you but when they want help you do nothing. stop ignoring your customer support questions!

we have a transaction ID we trying to get the account back but your system is saying it doesn't exist. we have proof it does, get your support staff to investigate instead of just sending automated responses that don't help at all

we have spent a lot of money on that account and because of your security being crap and your support staff being useless it's gone. support is meant to support and help, not just close tickets. and why don't your staff use names? so they cant be called out for being lazy?

hi once again, bot responds with the same info that shows they have not read of understood the request. we need a human to respond, not these automated responses saying the call within be closed. how hard is it to get a human to read and respond to an email

now i'm really not happy with your support staff. they have closed the ticket with not enough info. instead of trying to get more info, or understanding that an account was created a long time ago, we don't have all the info for they just close it. that is not support at all!

Lumber Jack (useless) sent a closing ticket request because my son could not remember the date of birth used to create the account. you know kids make up silly dates of birth, in these days most people do, it's the transaction ID that you always say is the most important

this is not how support works, there is no offer to help, takes days for a person to respond, and then when they do respond they close the ticket because they cant be bothered to help.
