what about the fact that even when logging through official channels no one bothers responding. people pay money and buy things from you but when they want help you do nothing. stop ignoring your customer support questions!

we have a transaction ID we trying to get the account back but your system is saying it doesn't exist. we have proof it does, get your support staff to investigate instead of just sending automated responses that don't help at all

Hi, thanks for getting back to me, ticket ID is 3209099. since no one was getting back to me I tried logging a new one, but that hasn't even gotten a ticket ID yet. but that is the first one we logged

support sent an auto reply with nothing helpful in it, we also got a new response from support against with nothing helpful in it tells us to go through the same proses and showing they did not read or understand the mail. can a support person reply to the mail. instead of bots

it looks like your staff dont bother reading emails. 6 requests and they don't sent any useful. "if you need further help respond to this email" 6 times and we get the same standard email back. all the info is in the ticket but no one is bothering to investigate
