@MojangSupport my husband’s realm subscription is signed up for auto renewal and for some reason we are being charged twice. We don’t even have access to our realm as it says expired even though we paid.We put in a ticket and have gotten absolutely no response.

Can you send me the ticket number? I want to make sure the ticket was escalated correclty. :) ^TK
