@MojangSupport I was able to play Java Edition just fine for the past three hours, so I'm wondering if you maybe know what might be causing Bedrock/W10 to crash. Idk if it's something to do with the recent patch notes, or there might be something else going on. Any suggestions?

Ah, it's telling me I can't view the project. As far as I know, I can't seem to use my Minecraft.net login to log into Jira. I also tried to request to make an account, but the Jira administrators aren't available to me. I have sent a report in, though.

While it seems Jira and Mojang are two different things, think there's still a way to contact them? I'd like to, at least, see why I can't request a new account. Also, yeah, one of your agents just reached out to me. I wanna try and narrow down possible factors at least.
