I want to buy Minecraft Java Edition (PC) for a friend, but the amazon store says they don't know when or if the digital code gift card will be back in stock. What's up with that and how else can I get Minecraft for them? They're a long-distance friend.

Unfortunately, I can't give you much insight into how amazon isn't in stock! If you have any vendors around you (gamestop) and what have you, you could purchase a code and send it them depending on the version. ^TK
