@MojangSupport cannot log into my minecraft/mojang account for the life of me, and requesting a password reset results in no email. any ideas?

Sorry to hear those password resets aren't arriving! First, try requesting them from a different browser and checking your junk/spam folder. Also, make sure your email is not blocking or filtering emails from noreply@mojang.com. ^NS

have tried them from several different browsers and devices, nothing in the spam folder and my email isn't filtering anything. I received a mojang email about a week ago so I know that they do come through
