@MojangSupport My realms subscriptions renews the 2nd of every month. This month I was charged the 2nd, but then also the 6th a second time, and now the game claims my subscription has expired. Please help.

@MojangSupport in the response I’m asked to provide a screenshot of the receipt or order confirmation. I only have one from my Nov charge, none for the two Dec charges. What am I supposed to do?

@MojangSupport Microsoft refunded the charge we THINK was bogus(couldn't perfectly verify) and refunded/reinstated the other subscription. My Realm still says expired. Still waiting on communication from Mojang.
