@MojangSupport I am having a problem changing my password. I apply for changing the password but I am not receiving any mail regarding that. I did check in my spam. I am paranoid that there are duplicate accounts under my mail account.

Yes, I was actually trying to try out Java first then use a redeem code. I made the account a while ago without buying Minecraft and so I got no transaction ID 馃槄

Just to check, when did you create your account? If it was after December 1, 2020, then this will be a Microsoft account and you'll have to request a password reset with these steps instead: msft.it/6010Z6FfQ ^NS
