@MojangSupport I tried getting into minecraft again after months of not playing and i am currently unable to login in neither reset my password seems i am not getting an email through my gmail, can i possibly get some help? help centre isnt helpful at all.

i tried but all they really said is check my xbox account because it might've migrated but last time i checked i never linked my mojang account to my xbox and also they sent me a link to reset my password which i already attempted and didn't work.

Please reply to the ticket to let them know you're still having trouble. Feel free to send them a screenshot of your launcher. They'll be able to take another look at your account and see what to try next! ^NS
