@MojangSupport I downloaded minecraft back in 2016 and haven‘t played it in a while. Today I wanted to download it on a different laptop and while it did log me in, it says I haven‘t purchased it, although the username and everything checks out. What can I do?

First, please double check that you logged in via the "Mojang Login" and not the "Microsoft Login" (unless you just migrated!). If that doesn't do the trick, please contact us at msft.it/6013khXW3 and one of our agents will get back to you as soon as they can. ^NS

So I tried to log into my mojang account, didn‘t remember my password and therefore tried to reset it, but I didn‘t receive an email in any folder (normal, spam, etc) - implying that I don‘t have an account. I still have the confirmation that I created one.
