@MojangSupport Hey there - I cannot use the login at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us as the email for our Minecraft account is no longer valid. Also waaaay back when I first set up the account for my son, we apparently did not write down the 3 answers he had for the security questions.

Lol...that link presents the very problem we have....we can't send the email this way as it asks for the email associated with our account. We can't do that as that email is now inaccessible.馃槪

Apologies for any confusion--you can definitely still contact us! Just make sure the "Your Email Address" field has your current address. You can enter your old address in the "Java Account Email" field. ^NS
