@MojangSupport yea idk what's going on but I literally just closed and opened the game on java edition and now I can't login or get an email to go through for my account so I'm just stuck here...

That's no good! As a first step, please check your spam or junk folders just to ensure the emails aren't ending up there. If you migrated your account to Microsoft, please also make sure you're using the "Microsoft Login" option in the launcher. ^NS
