@MojangSupport I put in 2 help request but dont know if they went through. When I hit the submit button, it doesnt give me confirmation but took me to your QA helpage. I just need help with an ongoing problem please. Im tired of feeling like i have to jump through crap to get it.

You will often be redirected to the main Help page after submitting a ticket. However, you should have received a confirmation email that your request was received, so please check your inbox as well as spam and junk folders to make sure it was received. ^NS

I have gotten emails back but havent had my issue fixed still. My minecraft wont let me download my purchased textures and maps cause it keeps saying i have no storage space.

But i have storage space. It wont let me buy more. The store doesnt even load right and my custom character doesnt load either. Ive tried deleting minecraft then redownloading it.

Ive tried doing a couple suggestions that other gamers suggested off of minecraft.net chat forum. Nothings worked and ive had these problems for months.
