@MojangSupport My java account was stolen, I submitted a ticket 1 month ago, and yet to get anything done about it (or a non auto response). I have my transaction ID. Is it possible to get something done about it sooner?

I'm sorry to hear about that, we would be happy to help. If you just received an auto response, make sure to reply to that email; that way, the ticket will get sent back into our queue and we can help out personally as soon as possible. ^NS

I got a new response this morning and did respond to it. Hopefully means it's moving along better now!
