@MojangSupport Help please!
As of today, suddenly my boys' can't enter each others' worlds & play together on @Minecraft.
When they try, each gets the message "Outdated client"
or "Outdated server".
They are distraught. I have no tech skills.
Why is this? What can we do?

That's no good! You may need to update both games manually. If you let us know what platform they're playing on, we can send you some steps to get started! ^NS
