@MojangSupport Having problems woth downloading the realm (bedrock). I gets stuck every time, also on Switch, PS5 and PS4. Don‘t know what to do, because we want to expand our realm up to 10 people, but on the exect same realm we had for 3 people. We urgently need help with this

That's definitely no good! Are you running into any error messages when you attempt to download your Bedrock realm? Or does it just seem like the download progress is freezing or unresponsive? ^FF

there are no error messages, it just freeze at the same amount of MBits (664,0 MB) out of 1,0 GB.We tried it many days in a row. Is there any limit of MBits we may download? because my used capacity in Minecraft is under the half of the actual limit.
