so i followed it and i've done all of that, and on the Minecraft website it just says "It looks like you haven’t purchased Minecraft: Java Edition with this account yet."

I've been waiting for a response from support regarding my account that I believe is hijacked (not receiving the reset password emails...). I have all of my original account info and even purchase email with transaction ID from 2012...any way to receive assistance?

I tried signing into my main Xbox account, and it solved this. Whoops, thanks. I thought It was my other one.
