Emails seem to be sending normally on our end. If they're not arriving, please double check your spam or junk folders, and make sure "noreply@mojang" is not blocked. If you're not having luck, can you send us your ticket number so we can make sure we received it? ^NS

Our Support emails come from a different domain, so you should still receive those even if something is going wrong with the other emails. If the issue is still happening, please send us a new ticket at msft.it/6014k2OVM so we can investigate. ^NS
