I can definitely understand how this can be frustrating to deal with. Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've already tried? It might help to try clearing your cache or using a different internet browser, and rebooting your PC. ^FF

well i tried agian on microsfot edge, nothing, on internet explorer, nothing ,closed all of the windows, nothing, refreshed the page, nothing, restarted my computer, nothing updated my hardwere, nothing, so what else can i do?
