@MojangSupport So I’ve been trying to get my friend to join my world for forever now, but every time, they get stuck on the loading screen for the world. We both play on switches. They can’t move and just gets kicked out. Hasn’t happened before. Any ways to fix it?

I’ve tried everything listed, and it still gets stuck with them. Minecraft is the only game I’m running into issues with.
