@MojangSupport yo me and a few friends are all having problems with minecraft realms at the moment, none of us can purchase or renew a realm, is this something we can fix?

We can definitely look into that for you! Please send us a message at msft.it/6018kIYIM so our Realms team can help. (If your friends are having the same issue, they'll each need to send in their own ticket--we're only able to help with one account per ticket.) ^NS
