(latest version downloaded from Microsoft Store) unable to connect to the minecraft service but I am unable to know why yet I can connect to the mojang site without problem

sorry I am still blocked on the demo mods I have a good look at the Minecraft: Java Edition Demo Mode but nothing that solves my problem I nevertheless have the paid version I have migrated my minecraft account to the microsoft account visible on the image (AnaisFR)
