Yeah I bought a new SD card for this and it still tells me I need 199MB of space

Storage limits keeping you from creating/converting worlds? We suggest you remove as many saved templates as possible then retrying. If it still doesn’t work, let us know: msft.it/6013kvwMb ^TK
