@MojangSupport why can I access my realm on certain days and others I get a message about account settings. And before you respond with the cut and paste answer, I am not the minor on the account.

@MojangSupport you have a logic problem in Xbox realms. When access is hit or miss and nothing changes but a reboot, there is a system issue. I tried email support but I get nothing but the canned answer of “minor access”. That’s not the problem.

@MojangSupport and one last point. It is an Xbox issue. No access problems from an iPad or computer.
