@MojangSupport May I know how long will it take for a response from the support team? I have sent two support emails via the link provided around 2 weeks ago but still have yet to receive a reply.

i didn't get an email with my ticket into my inbox, and i am sure i checked that it was the correct email, what should i do?

i just submitted a form, but i did not receive a confirmation email at all. Furthermore, all previous emails from mojang have disappeared. I have checked my spam mail and my archived but it's also not there.
