Anyone else been having trouble with their skin not loading in the 1.18 pre-releases? I would much prefer to be myself, not Alex or Steve, when I start my new series馃ぃ

Hmm, I don't see that the Support team has gotten any reports of this, so I don't have any troubleshooting steps for you. I'd recommend searching our bug tracker, and upvote if you find one that matches. msft.it/6012k9rkY ^NS

I have had a look around for similar issues and can't find any that directly relate to 1.18, it works just fine in older versions! According to any skin finder website it says my skin is my own, so does the launcher, so does my Microsoft profile, but still doesn't show in game.

Hey there Marloe, if you're not seeing any matching bug reports on that site, you can certainly add a new one so that a moderator or developer can take a look. Hopefully this will get sorted out soon! ^FF
