@MojangSupport I regularly have trouble getting on Realms. It's very upsetting that I pay for this service that I can't access. The notice says, "You cannot play on Realms because of how your Microsoft Account is set up." I've made all the changes requested. Still no access.

One hour I can access the realm. The next hour I cannot. Another few minutes later I can suddenly access the realm again. All this with the same settings. This is not a client side problem. Please investigate.

I made sure all of the settings were as suggested, which they already were, and I still can not access my realm. Now, without changing settings, another member of my realm can't access the realm. This is not a problem of our settings. Please look into it.
